At HBT Security Group, our training courses are deliberately kept small to ensure every student receives the personal attention and instruction they deserve. When you register for a class, you are reserving a seat that is no longer available to other students. We ask that you honor that commitment — and we promise to do the same for you.

Life happens and we understand that. If you need to cancel or reschedule your registration please contact us as early as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you and open your seat to another student.

Cancellation Fee Any cancellation or rescheduling request made less than 3 days before your scheduled class date will result in a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total cost of your reserved course. We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps us maintain the quality and availability of our programs for all students.
Late Arrivals We ask that all students arrive on time and ready to begin. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled class start time we may not be able to accommodate you in that session. In this case the same 10% cancellation fee will apply. We will make every effort to reschedule you for another available date and time that works for both parties.
Registration & Payment A valid credit card is required at the time of online registration to hold your class seat. Your registration is not confirmed until payment information has been received.
Emergency Exceptions We recognize that true emergencies are beyond anyone’s control. In the event of a genuine, unavoidable emergency all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied toward a future class or service at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to find the best solution.
