Class size was small and lots of one on one time, class is well paced it was not slow and boring or done so fast that I could not keep up and understand what was happening, lots of time for questions. When I called HBT Security Group Inc to get information about classes and pricing, Denise answered the phone and was so professional and polite and she took the time to answer all my questions. The facility was super clean and organized before the students arrived. The class sizes are perfect for those who do not like an overwhelming number of people in one class, like college. The instructor, Chris, who is deeply knowledgeable about the material, made sure the class members understood the material. Chris also made the class fun, so it was not stressful, no death by PowerPoint either. The range time was great too. I had a great time at the range because it was a great learning experience and Chris made it comfortable and easy to learn what we were supposed to do.
